So the little spring that holds the cartridges in the shell plate is gettin' a little mangled due to operator inattention, so I call up hornady to order a couple of spares. The guy on the help desk asks what I need and I tell him and ask what it costs to buy a couple. He says, how many do you need. I say, send me 3-4 whats the cost. He says, I 'm not charging you for any of that! it's free. I say, this isn't warentee work, It's my fault I crunched the spring, so I should buy em. He says, No way I'm charging you for a couple of springs, I've got your address in here from a previous order, they're free, have a nice day.

End of call, elapsed time 5 minutes:D Boy I'm happy with Hornady(and I still prefer it to dillon)
 
Similar thing happened to me in the last couple of days. I bought my case feeder for the LNL progressive in Texas and got it home to find the clear feeder tube was there for the large cartridges but the small one was MIA. All I did was email to see what the best way was to get ahold of one. One simple email and a reply from Kathy in customer service said to please send her my address so she could get the part out at their cost right away.

Does anybody know if Hornady has a showroom in Grand Island?

And the part showed up. They marked it as "warranty" to prevent any customs fees or taxes. I did not owe a cent when the parcel showed up this morning.
 
got mine yesterday as well, must be a lucky day! they sent me 4 replacement shell retainer springs and 2 ejection wires FREE, even after I said that the wire was really my fault and I'd buy it, their service guy wouldn't hear of it for such a small part:D
