I just bought a lock-n-load AP and was having a bit of trouble getting cases to feed consistently into the sizing die. I sent an email to Hornady and got a reply back saying it sounded like the retainer spring was a bit tight and it would stretch out but that they had taken the liberty of shipping me some extra springs anyways.

It may just be a little thing but it's nice to deal with a company that responds quickly and goes above and beyond.

I have a recent similar experience with blade tech regarding my mag pouch. And I also recently bought some items from Questar.

I gotta say, I am more and more willing to spend that little extra if it lands me great service.

I'm glad to here that because I managed to get a primer stuck in the primer feed tube.

Ok I don't know how I did it before the chirpers start.

Hornady rocks..

I busted the expander/de-capping assembly on a 10 year old .308win die.

All I wanted was to order a new decapping pin/expander...

They sent me a whole new resizing die.. Free

I didn't even pay postage or that annoying $5 fee they charge you for inspecting your package... It was labelled "Warrenty parts"

I had a siimilar experiance. I purchased some retainer springs (I thought) from a local gun shop but they turned out to be the wrong ones. I called hornady and asked if i could purchase some and they guy says, and i quote "Hell no! whats your address i'll mail a couple to you!" Got three inthe mail 2 days later.
