Just wanted to post a note to point out how impressed I am with the customer service at this establishment. I had ordered a Troy Alpha rail from here, and when it arrived it was missing the mounting screws. Called in, and within a few minutes they had decided to send me a TRX rail instead at no extra charge, and later that day it had already shipped, along with a box to return the Alpha. The employee I spoke to was helpful, friendly, and we even ended up chatting for a few minutes about Sarnia, the town I live in.
Anyways, thanks Reliable Gun, for owning up to an error, and fixing it fast and with no hassles. Will definitely buy from you guys again in the future.
