I recently had a problem with some custom work I was having done to a rifle at the Calgary store. The great thing is that the store contacted me to tell me what happened and what they could do to fix it as soon as it happened. I approved their proposal and today I picked up my rifle, not only did they make sure that the work was done correctly but they also did the work at no charge. To me this is great customer service and worth a public thank you to them.
