I'll throw my hat in this ring too. They do have great service.
I placed my first order with SFRC not long ago. Much to my dismay all was not as it should have been when I opened my package. This was not encouraging and I was dreading having to tell someone my first (and somewhat modest) order just happened to have a problem. One email later and much to my surprise Ryan responded soon after, even though it was well after business hours, saying someone would call me tomorrow. Sure enough I was called the next morning by a nice lady saying they had sorted it out and all would be taken care of. No sweat at all. Today I just got another package and can confirm all is well now.
It's not that hard to deliver good service when things go smoothly, but it's the true test when things go wrong.
