Great SKS video in the Main Battle Rifles section

In case anyone has not seen this SKS video in the Main Battle Rifles section, I am posting this thread to direct you to it.
The title is something like " Animated video showing how to take apart the SKS Yugo" it is simply amazing! I learned stuff
about the SKS that I did not know before. Like twisting the recoil spring retainer and it all comes apart, or how the trigger
group comes apart. Just four and a half minutes of pure edu-tainment.

Great video but in real life front of my barrel is not threaded like that.

Also in real life that bayonet spring will launch that f$ cker across the room and through your wall upon disassembly if not careful.

Also that little pin that holds the gas tube cover on will put you in a mental institution as will that little leaf spring that holds the rear site flip up together.

Always much easier to watch than do

Cool video - I have torn my down but not to that point. Nice reference though if I feel like I need to do so.

There is definitely a difference between a take down done at arsenal vs. a take down done in our garage /basement.
