That first vid of the periscoped enfield took me a second to figure out what was going on, but that is probably the most bad ass video on there, although 3 Vickers firing at once makes an incredible sound.

Thanks, added to last years 40th anniversary shoot its been fun. There is something planned for every year of the war. Looking for an armoured car for next year, a replica Rolls Royce will do.
The guns all had some problems, bearing in mind that we had to collect them a day or two before, get them proofed and secure them beforehand meant we had no time for a proper testing session and its not as if anyone is left alive who used a Chauchat!
The periscope rifle was amazing to see, real engineering and reasonably accurate. I expect it would have attracted retaliation pretty quickly if it was too effective.
