Great warranty support from Korth/Leupold

This isn't really anything new, but it's my first experience dealing with a Leupold warranty issue. I purchased a used rifle that came with a Leupold QR base and rings. When I examined the setup, I noticed that the front ring had some visible play. Switching rings back-to-front still left the front ring loose, so I figured the lock bar in the front of the base had worn.

I sent the base, rings, and a letter explaining the issue to Korth about 2 weeks ago, and today I received a return bubble mailer containing a brand new base and rings. I've got to say, I'm very satisfied with that kind of turn around!

I bought a used vortex rangefinder recently and it didn't come with the nylon case and lanyard..... short email to Vortex Canada asking if I could purchase the accessories and they were happy to send out the missing parts free of charge.

Good service is good business.

Lifetime no receipt warranties are amazing and makes buying used a no brainer for some brands.
