I was helping an old friend moving the other day and came across a box of stuff belonging to his dad and asked what he was doing with it, he said, "To the dump" and I asked if I could have it. He said, "Help yourself." Here's a couple pics will post more when I have time.
The first is a booklet Regimental Songs/ CEF 1914-1915

I like the advice give CEF soldiers from Lord Kitchener

Also a book of Imperial Army Regulations produced for Colonial troops

Plus a pamphlet produced in 1919 about the 22nd Battalion(Vandoos) exploits

A shame how much history ends up thrown away but I saved this stuff. More later
My friends dad received this booklet on how to reintegrate to civilian life inside was his payout for WW2 service, not much for four years plus wounds.

Also a training manual from 1941 Canadian Army
