Just wanted to make a formal post to introduce the airgunners here to the Greater Toronto Airgun Club (GTAC).

It was founded primarily by members of another airgun forum and the first club month in the range was April 2014. We made it through the first year, lost a few members at renewal and have gained a few members, Lost a few sponsors and need to gain a few sponsors it seems. There are various membership options and we are approved to shoot PAL rated airguns (no restricted AG or PB's allowed)

We shoot at an establish indoor 50 foot range in east end of Toronto every Monday (with a few exceptions) from 5-10pm. 6 lanes and very little waiting experienced so far. We are good at taking turns it seems.

We have had one outdoor shoot event already this year with FT, plinking and CAAS (cowboy action airgun shooting!) and are planning another for September.

Greetings all.

I have been asked by the Executive to let you all no that at 12:00 pm on November 28th we GTAC will be hosting its first ever match, open house, swap meet, raffle, fund raiser event at the range.

Doors open at 1200.... not sure how long we will stay yet but it will be a good long time.
Items of interest include:
-pistol and rifle matches with prizes donated by vendor members of our community
-plinking
-a 50-50 raffle
-using others toys
-swapping and selling your own toys
-bragging
-laughing
-other stuff

$15.00 at the door and we will have coffee, tea and water on hand.

Now that you are hopefully interested here is the full disclosure part..... we need to raise funds to get through this year.... we are close to making it but not close enough with membership funds. So if you want to have some fun and help a good cause come on out.

ALSO we cannot publically disclose the range location on the forum and will provide details directly only to those who are serious about coming (of course we don't expect a commitment). Range Management policy on discretion and we hope you understand. BUT it is real close to TTC and has lots of parking.
