Coat your meat in dry Montreal steak spice and hickory BBQ sauce let sit in fridge for 12-24hr
Place in roasting pan with oinions sliced on top and can of coke and can of beer pored in pan
Cook covered for two hours at 300 deg uncover cook for one more hour take out and let stand
Take all liquid that is left and reduce it in a pot by half
Slice meat and pour sauce over it
