Green Mountain Sub Sonic

Hi,

Has anyone used the green mountain Sub Sonic barrel with the 1-9" twist?. If So how did it work with target or match ammunition like sk plus or better?

is this for a 10/22? Ive never seen one before. You will still need to polish the internals, radius the back of the bolt and maybe trim the guide rod spring.

Don't know if it will shoot a 40 grain bullet that well, 1 in 9 barrels were designed for a 60 grain bullet (faster twist to stabilize the heavier bullet). Forgot to add that the only 60 grain 22 ammo is made by Aguilla and it is not available in Canada.

Savagelh, yes this is for a 10/22.

22forever, thats what I was thinking as well, most match barrels (annie or otherwise) are 1-16 or 1-17 and there's a reason for that. I was just wondering if anyone had used one, and what they thought of it with 40gr match ammo.
