Hey all!

I'm new to the sport (just passed my PAL and Hunting courses) but I'm real excited to find a community to help me on my way. My dad had a firearms collection back in the Philippines and my great grandfather was a sharpshooter in the Filipino army back in the day...must be in the blood!

Welcome aboard! Where do you intend to go target shooting? The two most popular clubs in Montreal are CRAFM in Lachine and VSP in Ville St Pierre. Both great clubs.
I go to VSP. Drop by one Tuesday night, I'm there almost every Tuesday...;)
 
hey! thanks all for the warm welcome! I'm trying to decide on which club to join. I've visted both VSP and CRAFM and both have their own advantages (although I think I remember seeing that you can't shoot .308 or 30-06 at VSP which might pose a problem if I want a rifle in that calibre). I think I'll be checking out the IPSC competition this weekend, anyone else gonna be there?
