Hey Guys/Gals a newbie to the site here, not so new to firearms... boy am I kicking myself now when I could have been grandfathered way back when.... Happy dad of two young boys and avid shooter at the local range. Originally a maritimer but like so many others I've moved west to pursue a "better" life, all the way to the Yukon! Love it here, still long for "home" though... one day.

Very nice to see a Canadian Site with alot of traffic, kind-of gets depressing reading US BS all the time... our BS is much better :D I'm a rimfire junky, but ocassionally enjoy shooting the big ones. Looking to gain lots of advice and hopefully give some too.

Cheers,

Hey Jason! Welcome aboard! You've got a couple of great kids there. My brother and his wife just had their first boy 15 months ago, so I'm having a ball playing the cool uncle...of course, I've already got a new rimfire rifle put away for him!:) I always get a kick out of seeing pics from up north as it always looks like home (home being Newfoundland). Hope you'll post more pics in the future!

Yes there are alot of Newfs up here! I even work with a few Atlantic Canadians. The geography/physiography of the Yukon has it all young mountains, rolling mountains, great plains, box mountains(badlands) quite alot to see. Thanks for the welcome, no I'm off to get learned!
