I reached out to CSC about warranty for a broken extractor on my LDR but they replied they no longer handle Grey Birch warranties and have no extractors in stock.

Does anyone know who does the warranties now?

Idk I had a used 10/22 chassis and they sent me a new butt pad free of charge after they moved to the USA. Reach out to them

The extractor is different than a normal 1022 And after they moved Calgary Shooting Centre took over distribution and warranty in Canada.
Can you post a picture of the Grey Birch extractor so we can see how it differs from the normal 10-22 design?

This is worrisome.
Though i had warranty service on one of my GB’s at CSC just a few months ago.
Would suck to have to send anything to Florida.

I also had csc do warranty service on both of my GB’s shortly after buying them in 2022.

Stock extractor has a pin and plunger behind it. Grey Birch has a spring in the hole and it rotates around a pin. You can see the hole in the bottom of the bolt. Stock bolt does not have that.

For anyone with doubt, this is Grey Birch's assembly manual for their bolt. It was a copy of the Volquartsen competition bolt. It is not compatible with a standard 10/22 extractor.
