Well,...I went and broke off a grip screw in my Limited Custom tanfoglio. I drilled out the remainder of the broken piece, and tried the screw removing tool,.but to no luck. Just does not seem to want to take any more of the old screw material out. I wonder,...should I try a larger screw removal tool (I am using a # 1),...or should I try and re thread the messed up hole? If that doesn't work,..I am going to use the Loctite # 5 steel weld and epoxy my grips and the screws onto theframe. Any thoughts??

stubborn screw

Try and apply a little heat....maybe soldering iron to apply direct heat to screw. You never know, there maybe loctite from previous installation.

If you have anymore to take out, heat is your next step, soldering iron is a good idea, touch it directly to the screw or bushing, or get one of those small butane torches they sell at Canadian Tire for lighting Cigars, I have used it several times to remove stripped bushings and a few screws.

no not melt you numbskull! heat up the screw and it may loosen, you can also try drilling it with a bit just a tad smaller than the threaded hole. then use a small screw driver or pick to collapse it and remove. are you sure you're using your Easy Outs properly?
