GRIZZLY 12.5" Shotgun Choke Tubes

Hi,
It has been mentioned here before that "BROWNING Standard Invector" choke tubes will fit Canada Ammo's Grizzly 12.5" Shotgun.

I bought a "full choke" Browning Standard Invector and here is how they compare........

is that a full choke that you can use steel through?
where did you get it? WSS in kamloops only has invector +, which doesn't fit at all.

Hi Wildfoot,

Seem to fit fine. Screws up tight.

I picked it up today from "Accuracy Plus" in Peterborough. They had to order it for me.

I was surprised that it handles steel shot. I did not realize that when I ordered it.

I'm getting a 55-65% pattern in a 24" circle at 40 yards with the mod choke, but I would like to try patterning the full choke to see the difference. I like full choke for road chickens as well.

Hi Wildfoot,

When the weather gets better I want to see the patterns of the various chokes.

But just for fun, I also ordered a "cylinder" choke. I don't figure it will be a lot of use pass 25 yards.

I would be interested in an Modified Improved choke. I have yet to pattern my Grizzly as it needs to be sent back and replaced...

grizz comes with mod choke. do you just want IC choke for slugs?

No I want an Improved Mod choke, which the Grizzly doesn't have.
