grizzly assembly help F**k

So I received a grizzly 870. Stripped it down to clean and lube. Cartridge stop and interuptor fell out when trigger housing was removed. Now I can't seem to get them to stay in place when trying to insert the trigger housing again. Tried for 1 hour, getting set to pitch the whole works in the woods. Need some help with assembly. any tips? I do not remember my remmington 870 having this problem.

Remington stakes the parts in place. That will probably need done to your shotgun.

I believe those pieces should be staked in place...BadBoyBeeson sold me a Remington 870 a few years back that had a loose shell stop but it was still functional.

Are yours right out of the gun?

The bolt and forend parts should hold it in place before the trigger assembly goes in.
