Grizzly feed issue.

I got a 12" Grizzly for my wife this Christmas but it has a problem feeding the last round from the tube. It jams about 1/2 way out every time.
What would you all think the issue is? Feed plate, follower or spring issue?
I did have to file the end of the plate as it would catch on the primer but only with 4 shells loaded.

Clean the junk preservative out and polish the follower. Might be some rough edges and gunk.

Was thinking of ordering a No jam follower from S&J.
I will break it down again tomorrow & clean it up better.

I just got a no jam from Brant. I've heard of this issue before. A clean/no jam seems to help.

The tube is a little rough around the mouth where it is brazed to the receiver. Not sure if i should sand the area for fear of rusting. Lube should protect it well enough but i hate to remove the finish.

S&J has two types of followers, one with a hole and one with a raised bump. Any preference one way or another?
I think i like the one with the hole, might give just a little more room to play with.
