You can bolt a picatinny rail onto the ghost ring protectors, as shown. It doesn't affect sight picture.

The sideways left red dot looks wrong, but the dot is about the same height as a bead, so I can aim with a cheek weld, which I can't do with the iron sights.

Edit: If you want to go totally ghetto, you can attach a laser pointer or flashlight with 2 hose clamps, 2 nuts and bolts, and a popsicle stick. Some bicycle inner tube to prevent scratching the finish.
