I am looking to buy a Dominion arms Grizzly shotgun, but I hear that they're discontinued. Did Norinco change to a different line? Or did they scrap the mag fed shotgun entirely?

Does anyone know if mags from other guns are compatible?

These are still commonly available. Not sure about compatibility.

But I had a grizzly mag fed. It fed ok after a bit of tweaking, but I found the magazines kind of poor, inserting and removing mags was a pain, I really had to ram the pump to get ammo to feed and extract, and generally shooting was too klunky for my taste. Not reliable for the mythical "bear defense". And that was with the better metal mags. The stock on mine weighed a ton, so I switched it for a Hogue Tactical, which was literally 1 lb lighter. But I finally sold it on the EE after a taking it out a few times. No regrets on that. I should have gotten the regular tube fed version. They are nicer feeding shotguns than the mag feds.

I know it's not quite what you're looking, but consider this deal for around $400. This is a better made shotgun than the chinese stuff, but I haven't tried this model. Generally Martin's stuff is pretty good, and he'll address any issues you have if there's a problem.

but yes, Canadaammo has one on sale right now for $250 if you want to try one as mentioned above.

Here's one at SFRC (ammo source) for $340.

I can definitely agree with LarryG, the mag fed versions can benefit from tweaking sometimes. I have deburred and polished as much of the action as possible, mag bodies and followers, feed ramp and chamber. I opened the lower part of the chamber mouth with a dremel and polished it to a mirror shine. The factory mag always fed fine, the aftermarket metal mags were hit and miss. The mag springs were longer than the factory mag so I trimmed them to match, now they work 100% on 2 3/4" shells and 85-90% with 3" shells. The mag lips need to be tweaked to allow 3" shells to be released properly and feed without jamming, so if you are able to work on it yourself if you get one that isn't 100% out of the box it's a fun gun. The tube fed version is way better out of the box if you aren't into tinkering with guns. , my wife has one and all I did was debur the action bars and any other spots I found.

They are heavy and the stock is a main part of it, swap it out and you'll notice it. Mag Feds are heavier due to the weight of the loaded mag so that's something to consider as well, I like mine. It wears a Mesa tactical stock and a synthetic police forend, it's always an eye opener when I show it to my non gun owner friends. They always ask me if it's legal to own haha.
