Made in Toronto, so shoot with pride. As you're aware, finding a magazine for one can be a chore. I've only fired single-shot versions, but they were great little shooters. NAACO don't seem to command the same attention as Cooeys of the same era, but I can't understand why. NAACO seem rare in comparison. These were also branded under Globe, and Eatons Truline. Robust, and affordable offerings of their time.
There's one in .22wmr in the EE currently (Globe marked) to make a comparison of price with. .22wmr do tend to fetch a few more bucks than .22lr.
For what they achieve price-wise, you may not be able to replace it with an equivalent.
