Hi All,

Can someone help me find the thread(s) posted a while ago about modifcations to the Grizzly Mag-Fed to improve its fit/reliability?

There was a least one thread with lots of pictures showing about three things to could be improved on. One was the barrel fit where a little grinding would be required. I found it once, but now can't seem to ressurect it. I've searched on Grizzly mods, modifications, grinding, etc.

Sorry, left out the Mag-fed before. The picture was of the barrel where it overlapped onto the receiver. It was taken by looking through the ejection port. I'm happy with the gun's performance, but the thread I'm looking for was to mostly tidy up the fitting of the pieces and maybe a little adjustment here and there. Another of the tweaks was for one of the levers for the magazine as well I think.

Thanks in advance
Sir Veyor

there is nothing you need to 'grind' on a tube-mag Grizzly to improve its reliability. buy a bunch of ammo, go out and shoot it. if any reliability issues pop up, then address them. i have seen nothing - both on my own Grizzlies or in these forums - to indicate that they are any less reliable than a Remington 870 Express.
