I want to organize a group buy of something. or at least see if there's any interest in this particular something.
I've learned that I "must receive prior approval from CGN admin."
1) How exactly do I get prior approval? it there a formal process?
2) How to even contact admin? i can see moderators of any given sub-forum but i can't see any 'admins'
3) Is mod and admin same thing?
