I have decided to organise another group buy of powder and primers from Higginson's. As I am located in the Duncan area, I need to restrict this to people from say Victoria to Parksville, unless you are willing to travel for the pick up.
Higginson's stock a variety of powders and you can access that on their web page.
We need at least 21 lbs of powder to get free shipping and the powder is delivered in the quantities that you order, so no weighing etc when it arrives. The hazmat fee, usually $15, is split equally between the participants and depending on the numbers involved, works out to around $1.50 each.
If you place an order, then you must commit to pay for it when delivered.
I am prepared to pay for the total order up front on the understanding that no one backs out once the order is placed.
Prior to making an order, I suggest that you check with Higginson's to ensure your choice is in stock.
