I know I'm splitting hairs here, but if I am shooting 0.5" groups at 100 metres, what would the group be at 100 yards? Is there a difference?

Since 100 metres = 109.36 yards, the way I figure it:

100/109.36 = 0.9144

0.5" (group size) * 0.9144 = 0.4572

So a .500" group at 100 metres would be 0.457" at 100 yards.

Make sense?

Yes, but remember that 1 moa = 1.0472" at 100 yards. Just in case you are trying to be perfect in your scores. So that would have been a .437 MOA group. Did you win a bet?
