Group tag or individual

Will be a group of 3 applying for the fall deer hunt. Should we apply individually or as a group? Why/why not?
If as a group, does only one person apply?

Assuming you're applying to a controlled hunt? If one member of a group gets drawn all the members of the group will get drawn. If you apply as an individual and don't get drawn for a controlled hunt you're out of luck. In our group most guys apply as individuals and everyone has always been drawn. I can't speak for every WMU though.

Check the regs for the controlled hunt validation results from last year. The majority have 100% success rate. We've never been unsuccessful applying as individuals. If you decide to apply as a group the first guy clicks on apply as new group. He will get a group number to give to the other applicants that needs to be entered when they apply.
