Got out Grouse Hunting today in NB at it was well over 20c. These lofty temperatures seem to be becoming more the norm for the early part of the hunt and, with that in mind, am in need of some suggestions for gear that will keep one cool while protecting the vitals from the brambles and the blackberry thorns.
Geezuz even the Browning featherlights were making my feet sweat today - so I switched to my nike cross-trainers in the afternoon.
So need some suppliers of clothing gear that are cooling, protective, ...... and also quiet/silent (when squeezing through alders etc.) ?
