GSG 110rd drum mags?

So they have been available for a week or 2 now and we are still waiting for the first review or video even of them in use? Anyone? Buller... buller... buller...

Got one coming too, plan to test it with 3 different rounds; CCI Quiet-22, CCI bulk 'AR' style ammo, and Stingers. Still need to test the h3cr's and the black dog 50 rd drum after sanding the lips a little. Gonna be a fun day!

Anyone try CCI Blazer in their GSG drum mag yet? I've got 10,000 rounds of Blazer and I'll be frustrated if they don't work with the drum lol

Just tried my gsg magazines. Both failed using CCI Blazer ammo. There is a metal clip that retains the rounds in the magazine. This clip, combined with spring tension is causing the rounds to jam in the magazine lips. Sorry no pictures. The rounds are not clearing the magazine. Also the next round in the stack is being damaged by the first rounds jamming. I have e-mailed both SFRC and GSG to see if there is a fix. I don't think this is an ammo issue. I hope someone else who purchased a magazine from this batch reports on their experience. Could be a big problem for SFRC if every one of those magazines has a problem.

Just back from the range again. A word of advice, use unwaxed 22 ammo like federal bulk. Looked at GSG's web site and that was one of the brands they recommended. Of the thousands of rounds of 22 ammo I have, I had exactly 100 rds of Federal lead rn. Now to find someone who sells Federal in the armpit of NL where I live. lol
