Hey all:

Curious about these. Out of the box good to go? Issues with the drum mags? Issues with the stick mags? Speed loaders available? Trigger adjustable?

Cheers,

VIC

Mine has been great. No issues until quite a few rounds without cleaning. I'm guessing in the 800 round range when I had a couple hiccups but my 9 year old was loading the mags for the first time so maybe it was him or maybe it was dirty? Up until then no issues with a few different 24 round mags. The jury is out on the drum. I had 5-6 FTE/FTF the one time I've gone through a whole drum so far. After that I went through a few regular mags without issue so I know it's not the rifle.

Kind of seems heavy for what it is but the accuracy is good for what it is.

Mine definitely likes higher velocity ammo, I just went through a couple of bricks of Winchester wildcat ammo last night, no issues with the drum or regular mags. Lots of feed/ejection problems with Aguila and federal bulk pack. It was fun until I ran a WK180 and then I lost interest in the 22LR for the day, lol.

I've never handled/shot one, but I've seen them in stores. My only advice (on top of first-hand accounts from owners) would be to handle one before you buy. I think that could be said of any gun purchase, but some of the replica-ish black guns "feel" a bit cheap to me. People who want that kind of look/gun may have no issues with that aspect, but I think it's better to know what to expect vs. any surprises if you're ordering one (sight unseen) online.

Ive got the 16 (not the 15)
Cheaper than the 15 and in my opinion looks a bit cooler

Loads of fun
pain to clean

I read up a bunch on the Drum mags and most reviews say they are finicky and not worth it. and they look weird :)

I have 4 sick mags that hold 22 each. If you only load them to 20 they seem more reliable. the last 1 or 2 make the 1st round jam a but more often. There is a slider that you push down the spring to make loading easy, no speed loader needed.

Its a plastic fantastic. But that what you should be expecting for under $500. Nothing has broken yet, but I wouldn't put in on my ATV and rip the hydro line.

When its clean it runs smooth, when its dirty is Sr Jam-A-Lot. Stove pipes and FTF.

100% worth the money and amazing to get new shooters interested.

Ive run with both red dot and irons. Its quite accurate with either.

Buy a 15 or 16 now before they say you cant have one!!!

Likely 3000+ rounds through mine so far. Zero issues. Its a bit finicky when it comes to ammo. Aguila jammed more then anything I have ever used it it. CCI HP is by far its favorite. Everything else runs well but accuracy is best with CCI. AFTER THE 600-800 round mark it needs a cleaning or you will get the odd FTE. the drums are not great, I stick to the regular mags.

I don’t own one but a friend bought one with drum. First couple rounds through had a few hiccups but after that it ate pretty much everything. I was impressed with how well the drum worked. My experience with drums endless jams on a variety of rifles. This ran like a top out of the box literally.
Also I second the CCi HP. This was the guns favorite round. We had a variety of brands. All functioned ok CCI for the winner.
I want one now!

When the mags and gun were brand new I found you had to really make sure the mags seated properly but it didn’t take long to wear in a little. Just stick it in hard and give’er ;)

love mine got it with my covid bonus I have 2000rds down the pipe with no cleaning other then the mag. we should rename it the F.U.J.T 15

I was holding one in the store and I did not like the front heavy weight and the super short length of pull (even adjusted fully out) compared to my gsg16 with aftermarket stock. I love the look of the special edition that Cabela's sells with the faux suppressor but that's about it unfortunately. I wanted to buy one to go with my modded out gsg16 but I probably wouldn't shoot it much just with those minor issues.
