So I've only had the rifle a few months and have put over a housand rounds through it with no malfunction that wasn't induced by me. I love the rifle. It runs and runs dirty or not. I never use folding stock features on guns, the folding stock has hardly been open and closed, just a handfull of times. I had the rifle unloaded and leaning against the wall getting ready for some range time and the dog knocked it over and the catch tab broke even though the stock was locked
and extended. I'm guessing this is an ongoing issue with these stocks, I've filled out a warranty form with Blueline Solutions a couple days ago and they haven't gotten back to me. I'm tempted to repare it myself because I have a good idea how to do it. Has anyone dealt with this issue before with Blueline and do you think it is worth going through the warranty process if it's likely to happen again even with a replaced part or new stock? I think not only is the catch tab a poor design for plastic but I think maybe the lubricants from cleaning saturate and weaken this part.

I’ve had mine over a year & no issue with the catch tab... wondering how much play is in your lower receiver? As soon as I unboxed mine it had what I deemed an excessive amount of movement - I upgraded to the HK push pins, no change in play (I actually wrap the pins with a small amount of saran wrap before inserting to tighten up a bit). Always wondered if it was just mine or all of them...

Love mine too, always used CCI, about 1500 rounds & not a single issue, shoots tight groups at 50 yards
