GSG Glock conversion kit?

I just picked up a GSG 1911-22 Conversion kit. I noticed that the brochure that comes with it has a page with a Glock 17 conversion "coming soon." Anyone know anything about this?

I know that Advantage Arms and Tactical Solutions already make similar kits but I would expect GSG to be a better value. (The 1911 conversion is about half the price of what the AA kits seem to fetch)

Don't get me wrong, I love my GSG 1911, BUT, they seem to have made a very deliberate choice to roll the dice on price and not quality. IMO just a few more bucks and they'd have a much better gun in a number of key areas.

They will probably come to market cheaper than Advantage, Ceiner, or TS. Better or even equal will be a question I reserve judgement on till I see one, or put 5 k down range with one.

As mentioned above, I can't imagine how a GSG Glock kit could compare favorably with the Advantage Arms kit if it's priced significantly lower. My AA kit is excellent and runs flawlessly with most ammo if kept reasonably clean.

Try Google for "Nutnfancy advantage arms Glock" and watch that YouTube video review he does. Very thorough and might convince you that cheaper isn't always worth it. Besides, there are always used AA kits on EE, but if you must buy new then irunguns.ca is the best price around when in stock.
