GSG MP40 22LR, how many magazines does it come with? One or 2

Sorry for asking this stupid question but I couldn't find any clues online. Background: I ordered one from a business here on CGN and it looked like it was not brand new. The box was clearly shipped out before and the rifle, while excellent had some very minor handling marks. It came with 2 magazines so I am wondering with how many magazines it usually ships out. Thanks
 
I've noticed with some pistols that are supplied with three mags from the manufacturer,

depending on the dealer, one gets snagged for resale to another person.

While I am sure this does happen, usually the cases or kit will be negotiated by the importer/reseller.

More often than not, the seller will not buy the three mag kit, rather they will order only one or two mags in favor of more attractive pricing...
 
Thank you guys. So I guess this was the reason they gave me 2 mags instead of one. I won't complain even though just shipping me a used one should have been communicated. But I ordered from this dealer before, they always have been a little quirky. The box may not have been the original one either since the space for the gun was a bit bigger (longer barrel space) and it had openings for 2 mags. I swabbed the barrel and other parts and it did not show any powder residue, so I think this was just a showroom model, otherwise unfired. The price was the cheapest I could fine to begin with, so all is good. Love the gun and it is much heavier build than I thought and not some toy as I read up in some comments. Thanks again.
