GTA Gun (ammo) store?

Hi there,
I'm in dire need of some .22lr (and if I can find it, 9mm lead roundnose)
can anyone suggest a gun store around toronto that I can access using the TTC that will have nice cheap crappy .22lr for me? (and maybe some pistols to look at.....and milsurps haha)

TTC accessability is very important.

any tips? thanks fellas!

Al F. will sell handguns but they have none on the premises.

They stock handgun ammo.

Ok, here's the "deal".

Flaherty's stocked two types of .22 LR last time I checked; here are the pre-tax prices for a box of 50 rounds:

American Eagle (Federal) 40-grain High-Velocity Solids: $1.69 for 50.

Winchester Super X 40-Grain High-Velocity Solids: $ 2.35 for 50.

Ask about getting a brick of the American Eagle for less than $20; it's a good deal IMHO, if plinking is your goal. They are nice folks, in my experience.

Other thoughts:

The TTC thing may be an issue, but Al Simmons ships to Toronto, and they have a wider range of .22 LR.

If you can get out to them, Le Baron's has cheaper Winchester (not Super X) for sale by the brick - I believe it is called "Wildcat".

Maybe it's just me, but there does not seem to be a Toronto-area store selling .22 LR HP's - only solids. Please correct me if I am remiss in this regard.
