If you feel two related model answers could be correct due to insufficient detail you could state them both. Where I ask for variant, just the word is fine
1) name the make

2) name the variant
IMG_5315_zps7gxqjlfb.jpg

3) guess the make, better known for milsurp

4)name the variant

5) name the make

6) name the model and extra point if you really nail the variant
244-4413_IMG_zps6078da76.jpg

7) name the model
242-4274_IMG_zpsa20aa9cf.jpg

8) name the main model number
242-4267_IMG_zps53d1c444.jpg

9) name the variant
237-3781_IMG_zps51b74761.jpg

10) name the model, had to look twice didn't ya?!

#1........no idea

#2........Win model 94 flat band carbine

#3........My guess is BSA but no idea of the model

#4.......no idea

#5......Satterlee.......maybe? Bolt looks like a Mark V but not the action.

#6......Pre 64 Model 64 deluxe Winchester.

#7......Savage model 24

#8.....Remington Model 7 first variant.

#9.....Ruger Ranch Rifle mini 14 could be a mini 30

#10....Remington model 700 BDL

shell shucker 7 outa 10. I think #4 is too oddball, better drop it...only the 1871/84 carbine had the model number stamped on the left side of receiver like that, so I was after "carbine". You both got #3 wrong but I'll hint SS is warm, and that it's a mfg not well known for their fine commercial sporting arms!

Hi , just a note on no 4...that is a model 71 cavalry carbine, not a 71/84, and any 71 or 71/84 that I have seen is stamped on the left side as shown in your picture, be they carbine or rifle. Interesting bunch you have there.

So here are the answers that I would have scored full marks for (info in parentheses extra just for interest):
1- Marlin
2- Flatband
3-Carl Gustaf (HVA)
4-carbine (71 carbines are stamped like that)
5-Browning (1991 A-Bolt in 257 Bob, unfired when I sold it!)
6-Model 64 deluxe carbine (aka 64 Deer Rifle carbine, very uncommon 20", mfg 1935 in .32 SPL)
7-Model Seven
8-24
9-Ranch
10-700 (BDL, but not a mountain, just an uncommon smooth bolt handle!)

Gone gun runnin'
