Gun Art: "Merry Christmas"

In line with the increasing aesthetic awareness of this forum, I present for critical review the below image which is a photo I put together just before this past Christmas in order to present to a prospective buyer a S&W Model 29-2 .44 Magnum with the 8/38 inch barrel and all of the accessories, including Bianchi shoulder and belt holsters, the original wooden box, and choice ammo (which I arranged in the traditional Christmas red and green).

The gun was mint and the buyer is happy. I like the way this presentation turned out - looked like something out of a Sears catalogue.

Let the humbling commence...

Very nice, could never figure out whether inspector Calahan had the 6" or 8 and 3/8" barrel. At any rate, I wouldn't balk if that was under my Xmas tree.

The fact that there are four boxes of ammo on the right and only three on the left hurts my aesthetic sensibilities, but apart from that, very nice arrangement!
