Gun Coatings

Hi,

I was just wondering what are some of the brands of gun coats you can buy? I have had a gun done with KG gun kote, what are others? Are some better than others durability wise.? Also what paint or coating for fiberglass stocks.?

I have used duracoat for painting both my synthetic stocks,plastic stocks and stainless and chromoly barrels.I am sold on this stuff real easy to apply,buy a small compressor and air brush and your away.Or there are some guys around that do spray it on for ya.BlackCat Powdercoating in St.Albert Alta {Edmonton} are the guys that distribute it in Canada.Here are a couple of pics to show you what it looks like.RB

I used the Armacoat on a old 9mm fn and it worked quite well.

X2 on the Duracoat. It was real easy to use on my FAL, and Black Cat shipped it out to the maritimes no problems.
