Hey all, short story is I really think the OEM HK USC stock is hideous and I want to chop the lower part of it and then bend it and reattach it to the upper brace area. I was looking at some options for something that I can use that will hold this part together with all the forces (such as recoil) always testing it and think plastic welding may be the only way. Does anyone know of a Greater Toronto Area plastic welder who is skilled and gun friendly?

I have also looked at the JB Weld option and from what I am reading (even though it cures like concrete) it will not grip the polymer and hold.

The picture below is what I want to do. For those of you that don't know the USC, the lower stock is the ugly OEM variant and the upper is the much more Mp5ish modified OEM stock.

Looking to get your thoughts guys.

Thanks. I saw Tommybuilt when I was looking through pages on google trying to figure out what people are doing. Not sure I want to go through the what if of shipping gun parts to the US.

I will look up Devcon as well. I would be really happy to do this with adhesive and some clamps.
