Gun/guns of the Day Thread. OLD MAN GUN!

Cooey model 64B, aka jam-o-matic. Could never get ours to cycle consistent. Needed constant cleaning and even then it would be a miracle to get 10 shots in a row. Kept it for sentimental reasons as it was my dad's first 22.

A big problem was that peoples oiled the bolts. This acted as a fly trap for residue. My first rifle was one of these, drove me crazy until someone told me not to get my gun cleaning advise from old west movies.

I don't have a photo. But just a few weeks ago I sold a lever action rimfire I had to a fella who just got his PAL a few months ago. He is 86 years old. It was on his bucket list.
