i am wondering where i can go and write a review on a range i went to and/or i am a member of
does any such thing exist?

Google the range you have in mind and there should be "Google Reviews" for it.

I sorry but I don't get what you want ? are you saying you'd like to go to a range and write a review for who ?? do you work for a newspaper or something ? and where do you live ? most ranges wouldn't mind but you'd have to sign a waver and they would want to know why and for what you want to write a review for .

what im saying is that i am a member of a range and i wanted to write a review on them because of my experience there.
i dont want the same thing happening to other folks
im a regular guy
i am not a writer
