Unable to zero new scope vertically. I have a new VX-L Leupold scope mounted on 270wsm Browning Mountain Ti rifle. Scope rings are medium and rings are PRW leupold and bases are Leupold. I am shooting 2" low and can not adjust to point of aim, the scope is limited out . any ideas?

You could try putting lower rings on it, that will give you slightly more adjustment. If you shim the rear base and lap the rings, your adjustment will increase as well.

First check that you do indeed have the correct bases - it sounds to me like that could be your problem.
If it's not the bases, it could be the scope, rings, or even the rifle. You could try some different rings, or shim the rear base. If you just bought this pkg new, you need to take it back and let the seller fix it before you mess with anything.
