A couple months ago I bought a can of black powder at Ellwood Epps.
The cashier wanted my licence,spent a good 2 minutes recording everything.

I beleive that's a law of the great province of Ont. only.

Ammo purchases will be a problem within the next 4 years stateside, an Obama plan that is in the works, and it will be here too.

Funny, they record info at Russell Sports in Calgary, except they let YOU write it in the book... you'd be surprised to see how many 'Daffy Duck's and "Heywood J. Blowme"s have bought powder recently.

Oh - as noted, the stripe on your PAL only contains the license number. I checked on our card reader at work.
