Want to put a different barrel on my model12 is there any good gun smiths on Vancouver island there used to be one out side of Victoria that sold part and did warranty work but can’t find it on line
It’s not a case of just putting it on it needs to be fitted
Thanks for any help

That was Murray Charleton ... closed and retired...

Model 12 barrel swap is not an easy job... specialized tooling is required to properly fit new a headspace ring to a new barrel's chamber... this has to be done with it all assembled in the action from the muzzle... not many smiths had that... I never did.
