Hey everyone,
First I'll start by saying how much I love this site/forum (and how much my wife hates it). Besides hunting, I've never had any mentorship in black rifles/pistols. I've been doing a few disciplines whenever my work schedule allows. Basically I've just been learning by trial/error, and the internet. One day I'll take some courses when I can with Barney and Friends, but for now here's what I got. Can't figure out how to post pics directly, but thought I'd share what I'm running right now.
3 gun upper: Smith and Wesson Upper, axts charging handle, syrac adjustable gas block, bcm kmr 15 keymod rail, phase 5 hex brake, vortex 2" offset mount & strike eagle.
*hope to add a vortex razor offset red dot, and I have a Rainier Arms 18" .223 wylde barrel coming soon
CQB upper: Vltor upper, bcm BCG, syrac adjustable gas block, NEA 10.5" 5.56 barrel, 9.5" geissele MK8 mlok rail, magpul BUIS, stock A2 flash hider.
*hope to add vortex sparc AR, axts charging handle, opinions on flash hiders?
Lower is original Smith and Wesson M&P 15, geissele S3G curved trigger, phase 5 extended bolt release, phase 5 trigger guard, battle arms development extended mag release, ergo grip, JP gen 2 silent capture spring recoil buffer, ACE original skeleton stock, axts ambi safety selector switch
*cant figure out a sling system with the ACE stock yet
If anyone has any suggestions (besides practice, practice, practice), or any questions, feel free!
On a side note I'm considering investing in a smith and Wesson M&P 15-22 to practice and keep costs down.
