Gunclubs in Ottawa

I've had my rpal for almost half a year now but up until now I haven't been taking full benefit of my license. I'm going to be moving back to the capital in a few weeks into my own place and I'm looking forward to purchasing my first restricted (handguns). I was hoping some local cgners could chime in and share their experiences with specific clubs. The three that I have been able to find from my research into the matter are the RA gun club, the eastern ontario handgun club and the national capital rifle association. It would be nice to know about the structure, community, membership procedures and guidlines of the club. Cost isn't a huge factor I just want somwhere I can expand my skills and have fun.
 
EOSC does not have any new members courses scheduled. I suggest you put your name on the waiting list. You will receive an email when a course is scheduled. When you get the email..act fast as spaces fill up quick.

Done and done, I read the message posted n their site right after is sent them an email , doh. Hopefully a course is scheduled soon.
 
The stittsville range is nice, but expensive. I'm not a member there, but I go once and a while for my rifles. I am a member of the RA gun club. Nice 20yard indoor pistol range as for rifles, .22 cal only.
 
Quick Update: I went and got my membership at the RA gunclub, just have to register for the handgun safety course and I will be on my way :). Hopefully Eosc offers membership courses soon as danoiwan stated above their rifle range is .22 only. Also for anyone interested about the cost it cost me about 300 dollars with tax not including the handgun or rifle safety courses ($50 and $30 respectively).

Another update (09/05/2013): scheduled the course for the 20th can't wait, fingers crossed by next week ill have placed my first restricted purchase as well.
