ONLY if XYZ Guns has an account set up with Gravel: XYZ Guns could be the one to send Gravel the email, phone call, order request or how ever it works.

No, that's not the way distributors work.

Funny, but I have distributors that will do just that in the ski and bike industry so the brick and mortar shops stay open and they don't have to sell stuff online.
