Gunsmith for converting an antique revolver?

I'm looking for a gunsmith who can finish the job of converting my French 1873 revolver to .45acp as it looks like someone started the work but didn't go very far with it.
I don't mind shipping it off to have the work done properly so long as it doesn't take several years... Thanks!

Lucky for me Sheldon Stoller in Winnipeg was able to fix things up. Did it in record time too. Now to get this old girl shooting!
