Gunsmith for handguns in alberta

Need a gunsmith for my 1875 remington revolver. Anybody know of a gunsmith in alberta?

D. Henry Gunsmith, (403-748-3030) as far as I know, does not, or did not, work on restricted firearms.
Maybe this has changed?

His quality of work is oustanding IMHO though.

Dave doesn't work on Pistols, your best bet is to talk to Gunnar at Armco Guns in Prince George BC. Great work, fair price. Not in AB though but never been a big deal, just throw your pistol in a case and send it off to him.

You are probably right. I was just throwing out some local smiths which he could check with.

I don't think Gunnar does anymore gun-smithing. The retail side has taken over and there simply isn't the time for it. His website kind of says that but other parts read like he is still taking work.

Take your chances if you take your gun to Don's in Rocky.

I personnally know of three he has fudged.
