Gunsmith for Marlin 1895 conversion

Any gunsmith have experience converting and chambering a Marlin 1895 in 45-70 Government
to Winchester 45-90? Please let me know with references.

The old 95 ,yes you could as the action was long enough .The modern ones, I don't think so from what i"ve read.Try Marlin owners forum they will have the facts on that one.....Harold
