Gunsmith in Alberta to work on shotgun bbl

Looking for somebody preferably in Alberta that has the tooling to reamer a muzzle on a shotgun barrel and thread it for chokes. Any help is appreciated.

Not super cheap, but definitely an option.

Has the barrel been cut and what is the O.D. at the point where you want the choke?

Barrel needs to be cut off probably at around 22" depending on the rib
